      A true global AI project requires:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • cooperation<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        authority, legacy, control, the right to claim they \u201cbuilt the future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Human beings have always struggled with power.
