Zero-Illegal, Controlled-Legal Migration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>First, the easy part in principle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zero tolerance for illegal routes<\/strong> \u2013 fast decisions, fast removals, safe-country returns, and no endless legal limbo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Controlled legal migration<\/strong> \u2013 work visas and student visas tied to clear skill needs, time limits, and real enforcement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a <strong>systems problem<\/strong>, not a demographic one.<br>A rich island nation can control its borders if it actually builds the machinery to do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But control alone isn\u2019t enough. You can\u2019t turn the tap off if you haven\u2019t fixed what\u2019s inside the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
